The Landscape Market strives for complete satisfaction for each customer. If you have a question or concern about your order, always feel free to contact us - we're here to help. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a complete refund - see Returns below.

Shipping

• Products ship from Monday through Friday.
• Most orders are shipped within 24 business hours.
• Orders addressed to the continental United States are shipped via UPS ground (or your upgraded UPS choice). A few products are shipped USPS Priority Mail.
• Special Free Shipping offers apply only to orders shipped within the contiguous United States.
• If there is a delay or backorder, we will contact you immediately.

Hawaii/Alaska and International Orders

• Hawaii/Alaska and International orders are shipped via UPS 3 day air and are subject to higher shipping fees.
• Contact us for an estimate of your international shipping cost.

Returns

• The Landscape Market offers a 15 day money back guarantee (less the cost of shipping and handling).
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested within 15 days of delivery of your order.
• Return of merchandise after 15 days may be acceptable, depending on policy of individual manufacturer. A 20% handling and restocking fee will apply..
• The customer pays freight for both the original shipment and for the return, though shipping returns of defective merchandise will be covered by Clearwater Landscapes.
• Returned products must be in original condition and unused, in the original manufacturer's packaging.

Damaged or Defective Product

• A damaged or defective product claim must be made within 15 days of delivery of order your.
• DO NOT return or throw anything away - contact us immediately. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without this number.
• A replacement or refund will be provided as soon as the product is returned and the defect or damage is verified.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be canceled with no additional fee prior to shipping - shipping for most orders occurs within 24 hours.
• Cancellations must be made by phone. 208-255-8849.
• If your order has been shipped prior to the cancellation, please follow the Return Policy guidelines listed above.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped to addresses in the State of Idaho will be charged sales tax of 6%.
